Has it been awhile since you had a physical? Consider making an appointment with your PCP to have recommended screening tests and evaluation. Are you at your ideal body weight? Consider joining a gym and focus on eating healthier.
Are you exhausted? Review your schedule to see what you can cancel or reschedule. Take some time for yourself. Consider a spa treatment to relax. Take a yoga class. Sleep in if you can. Find someone you can talk to about your worries and stresses.
Have you reviewed your finances? Is your savings account adequate to cover for at least three months if you were to have an emergency? Review your bills, see where you can cut back. Set monthly goals with your savings account as a priority. Treat your savings account like a monthly bill in which you have to put a set amount in.
When is the last time you watched the news, read a book, or had a quiet moment to think? Find some quiet time to yourself to just think. If you are feeling stressed, decline invitations. If you are feeling lonely, join an organization or club.
Do you feel at peace? Consider joining a church or support group. Consider a nature walk to just appreciate the beauty of the world you live in. Volunteer at organizations like hospice or homeless shelters and give of yourself for those less fortunate.
